                                       A twist on the traditional marshmallow....

 We blend natural Maine sugars with organic ingredients.  

Each is made with Maine Honey or Organic Maine Maple Sugar as the primary ingredient.

The natural sugars impart subtle, yet complex flavors into the marshmallows.  

Free of corn, soy, tree nuts, and preservatives.

Our honey marshmallows are available from late September through May.

Traditional Marshmallows 

While our primary focus is the utilization of local sugars we do recognize that some individuals prefer a 

product that better resembles the commercial marshmallows they grew up eating....

Our traditional varieties are made with Organic Cane Syrup.  Free of corn, soy, tree nuts, and preservatives.

Fluffy, delicately flavored marshmallows.  Even better toasted.
